Service Description
Our 60-minute audition taping service is designed for professional actors who need high-quality audition tapes without coaching. We use state-of-the-art cameras, lighting, and sound equipment to ensure your audition tape looks and sounds polished and professional. Our team creates a comfortable and supportive environment, so you can focus on delivering your best performance. What’s Included: Filming: Professionally shot with top-tier equipment. Viewing & Editing: Time to review and perfect your audition. Uploading: We’ll upload your audition to the specified platform or email. Time Guidelines: When scheduling your session, please account for viewing, editing, and uploading time. Additional time may be required for complex editing instructions or multiple takes. 1–1.5 pages: 30 minutes 1.5–3 pages: 30–45 minutes 3–4 pages: 45 minutes 4+ pages: 1 hour Add extra time if casting instructions require multiple takes. Important Notes: The session begins at your scheduled time. If you arrive late or exceed your appointment time, additional fees may apply, and we may need to reschedule. Bring a printed copy of your sides for your reader, along with any specific slating or taping instructions. Provide the email address or login details for casting site uploads during your session. Arrive prepared and on time (no more than 10 minutes early). Payment & Booking: Accepted Payments: Cash, checks, Venmo, and all major credit cards. New Clients: A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking. Returning Clients: Established clients may book without upfront payment. Studio Etiquette: Respect other actors prepping by keeping conversations minimal. Due to our time-based structure, we kindly ask that you come fully prepared to maximize your session. Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that we charge 1/2 price for same-day cancellations and full price for no-shows. Online cancellations are allowed up to eight hours before your appointment time. For cancellations within the eight-hour window, please contact us directly. Cancellations within two hours of the appointment time will be considered a no-show. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to allow other actors to take advantage of the available appointment time.
