Quarterly Charity Donation Drive
As part of our continued effort to give back to the community that has continually welcomed us with open arms, P+R and Northwood Studios have launched the Lead-Better Initiative, a play on the name of the Ledbetter Heights neighborhood in which the studio resides. Our mission is to to provide non-monetary support to the Ledbetter Heights community and its environs through member-driven donations for worthy causes determined at the onset of each quarter.
Empower Growth
The Lead-Better Initiative is a entirely volunteer-driven movement born out of a desire to pour back into the community. We do not expect nor do we want any distinction beyond what we've earned. Our only aspiration is to ensure a fair and equal treatment of all persons and the building a more egalitarian and socially conscious entertainment industry.
